1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2.  With fillet knife, cut X’s into top of each fillet about 1/2” deep with 1/2” spaced cuts, being careful not to cut through the sides of the fillet.

3.  Sprinkle Chile Slinger BBQ Rub on top and sides of each fillet.

Remove the ribs from the packaging and rinse well.

Remove the thin membrane that is attached to the bone side.

Apply worcestershire sauce to each side of the ribs.

Shake your favorite rib seasoning all over both sides of the ribs.

Unwrap and rinse brisket well and pat dry before prepping.
